The Story Behind the Work
Jeffrey W Adragna began his career in architectural drafting, building a strong foundation in design and construction early on. He quickly advanced into project coordination and estimating, managing installations across the Western United States.
As he continued his education and worked within the industry, Jeff began to notice a pattern; clients often struggled to find reliable contractors and were left disappointed with the results.
That’s when he decided to take a different approach- one that brings design and construction together under a single, accountable process.
After earning his contractor’s license, he began offering full design-build services, giving clients a more streamlined and dependable experience.
In 2006, Jeff relocated to Tucson, where he worked with leading remodelers and custom builders before officially expanding his own practice.
Today, J W Adragna Construction serves homeowners and businesses across Southern Arizona- delivering projects built on experience, clarity, and a commitment to doing things right.
Making Things Beautiful & Efficient
Carlie brings a rare combination of design and deep-rooted client service expertise to the company - a pairing that fits perfectly with how we approach every project: thoughtfully, collaboratively, and with the client at the center of every decision. Growing up in San Diego (just like Jeff did), Carlie is a people person by nature, and has been working in the residential design space for the last two years, combined with nearly a decade of client service experience helping people with their homes and offering suggestions and selections. She brings new insight to the spaces she is faced with. Her consultative approach means she doesn't just design beautiful spaces — she takes the time to understand how you actually live in them, then builds something that reflects both your lifestyle and your vision.
In her role as Product Liaison and Interior Design Coordinator, Carlie will serve as the connective thread between design intent and finished product — coordinating material and finish selections, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that every detail specified on paper shows up on-site exactly as imagined.
