About J W Adragna Construction
Jeffrey W Adragna began his career after graduating from the Phoenix Institute of Technology as a Dean’s List student in architectural drafting. His first role was with an ATM kiosk manufacturer, where he quickly advanced to senior construction estimator and project coordinator, overseeing installations across the Western United States—all while continuing his education at both Grossmont and Cuyamaca colleges and San Diego State University. He eventually obtained three Associates Degrees and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration - Real Estate.
A few years later, Jeff joined a small architectural firm in San Diego and simultaneously launched J W Adragna Company as a freelance drafting business. During this time, he often heard from clients frustrated by their inability to find reliable contractors or satisfied results. This inspired him to take on the entire process himself. He earned his California General Contractor’s License and began providing complete design-build services.
In 2006, Jeff and his family relocated to Tucson, where he expanded his design and drafting practice while working with major remodeling contractors and custom builders across Arizona. Seeing many of the same challenges for clients, Jeff once again stepped forward to provide solutions. In 2020, he obtained his Arizona General Contractor’s License for both commercial and residential construction and has been serving Tucson-area homeowners and businesses ever since.
Beyond his work with J W Adragna Construction, Jeff has been actively involved in the community. He served on the Town of Marana’s Affordable Housing Commission and Planning Commission, was part of the Marana Chamber of Commerce Government Liaison Group, coached Marana Little League for four seasons, and organized the SAHBA Remodeler’s Booth at the bi-annual home show for eight years.
In his spare time, Jeff enjoys gardening, camping, attending University of Arizona games, and spending quality time with his family.

Preparation of a detailed Scope of Work with either a fixed price or cost-plus proposal.
Phase Three Remodel Contract & Build

Review and approval of the Scope of Work.

Signing of the Remodel Contract.

Pre-construction meeting to set expectations and timelines.

Demolition and construction begin, supported by ongoing communication to address questions and concerns.
Phase Four Warranty

Final walk-through is completed.
